One of our preferred methods. The Chemex brews a very clean cup of coffee that really brings to life a light fruity or floral roast that will not require any milk or sugar to be added!

Best brewed at 93°C - 96°C through an official 'Chemex' filter into the the hourglass shaped funnel shown here.

In a French Press

Great for medium-dark coffee's, retains more oil and leaves more body in the cup. The French Press uses the emersion method of brewing to extract coffee.

Fast and tasty, French press coffee's work well also with milk and sugar.
