Bamboo

Nestled in the cool highlands of Southern Shan State, Pinlaung is home to the Pa-O community, where generations of farming traditions and fertile mountain soils shape every harvest. Crafted through an experimental small-batch anaerobic natural process, carefully hand-sorted coffee cherries are fermented inside fresh bamboo tubes before being naturally dried in the crisp mountain air of the Pinlaung highlands.
